Questions
How do I pay?
Paid plans are set up by our sales team. We send a GST invoice (INR) or an international invoice (USD), and you can pay by bank transfer, UPI or card.
What happens if I go over my limits?
Your existing links keep redirecting. Only new link creation pauses until the next month or an upgrade. We email you at 80% and 100%.
What if my plan lapses?
You get a 7-day grace period, then your workspace moves to Free limits. Links are never switched off for non-payment.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves about 20%. We also have volume pricing for high-traffic transactional links (SMS, WhatsApp, email).
